#47: Renowned Taekwondo Master To Hold Technical Seminar In October In Malta

We are excited to announce that Master Zhang Qi, 6th Dan Taekwondo Master, Kukkiwon and poomsae referee, will visit Malta.

Zheng is a renowned taekwondo master and Kukkiwon judge. In October, he will be conducting international seminars and poomsae competitions during his European tour.

The MTA have taken the opportunity to invite him to Malta, and he has kindly agreed to hold seminars on 14th, 15th & 17th October.

In addition to the seminars, Master Zhang will be conducting a black belt grading examination on 17th October, preceded by his training session.

This is a unique chance for all Maltese students to be assessed by a world-renowned master as they progress in their Taekwondo journey.

Event Details:

  • Poomsae Seminars:

    • Dates: 14th,15th & 17th October

    • Location Salini Resort.

    • Time: 17:00 to 19:00 hrs each day.

    • Cost:

      • €60 for all three sessions (non-refundable)

      • €25 for a single session (non-refundable)

  • Black Belt Grading Examination:

    • Date: 17th October

    • Time: to be advised

    • Location Salini Resort.

The Deadline to submit list of participants is the 4th October 2024.

This is a unique opportunity for all local students to brush up their skills, particularly with the MTA planning a Poomsae competition during the upcoming Invitational Games in November.
