#63: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
All MTA members are informed that the Association will be holding an online Extraordinary General Meeting on the 2nd April 2025 at 18.00. The purpose of this is to introduce and vote-in a new club in Malta, in the umbrella of the Association.
A presentation to introduce a new club will be held, delivered by coach Mauro Busuttil; the president of the club.

Punctuality – Please join the meeting on time.
Mute When Not Speaking – This helps reduce background noise.
Use Video If Possible – This fosters engagement.
Respect the Speaker – Allow others to finish before responding.
Use the Chat for Questions – If you have a comment but don’t want to interrupt, use the chat function.
Technical Preparedness – Ensure your internet, microphone, and camera are working before the meeting.
